The Kettlebell Overhead Lunge
- Get into a lunge position, using your glutes and hips to lower your torso, with both knees bent at a 90? angle.
- As you are assuming that position, raise the kettlebell straight up in the direction of the ceiling. Make sure that you have a straight spine and stable legs.
- Move back to a standing position and bring the kettlebell back to chest level.
- Perform these moves on both sides, with 12 to 15 repetitions each time.
