Follow these instructions carefully to properly execute the Kettlebell Woodman's Chop exercise routine. It's always a good idea to have a spotter nearby when working on advanced exercises with any kind of free weights.
- Place your feet a little beyond shoulder width, with a kettlebell on the floor to your right.
- Maintain the natural arch of your back as you pivot your feet to the right while bending down to grasp the handle of the kettlebell.
- Pivot and twist to the left as you raise the kettlebell to chest height.
- Use a smooth motion to return the kettlebell to the floor. Perform 12 to 15 repetitions on each side.
