The XT-One standing elliptical offers four unique cardio workout modes allowing users to walk, run, hike or climb. With the MultiGrip and Converging Path handlebars, users are able to target upper-body muscles with a natural motion. Not only is the XT-One great for members due to its versatility, but it also allows club owners to maximize their cardio floor space with its rear entry access – making it easy to place each machine side-by-side.
With SmartStride Technology it automatically adjusts the length of the stride from 20”-28” based on the user’s pace. This smart technology combines variety and effectiveness to create a highly customizable workout experience.
The XT-One standing elliptical has 10 incline levels that range in difficulty from hiking to extreme climbing. Exercisers are able to adjust the machine to match their fitness level and target different muscle groups to get their desired workout.
With motivating programmed Workout Boosters on the XT-One standing elliptical, users can choose from X-Mode, Glute Kicker, and ArmBlaster. Using Octane’s trademarked 30:30 Interval and MMA workouts users will boost motivation and improve conditioning.
The MultiGrip feature offers a variety of grip positions to target different arm, chest and back muscles; and converging path feature follows the natural path of the arms when walking or running for a more comfortable workout.
