Regular Merchandise: Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Opened merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and free from functional or cosmetic damage. Delivery, installation, pick-up, and freight charges are non-refundable. If your equipment arrives damaged, defective, or fails to operate properly, Rx Fitness Equipment will repair, replace, or exchange the product at no cost to you.
