When exercising, you can save a lot of time by using equipment that gives you a full body workout every single time, and that's exactly what you get with a rowing machine. But, while the movement required to row is indeed effective in working all the muscles, not everyone has access to a boat or a body of water. A good rowing machine takes away the need for both and allows you to get a great workout without having to be exposed to the elements.
Rowing machines have long been one of the least accessible home gym machines but new technology and a new exercise philosophy has brought the old rowing machine into the 21st Century. The Aviron Rower is at the forefront of this advancement. It's time to take another look at the rower.
You may have noticed a rowing machine, aka rower, ergometer or "erg" gathering dust in the corner of your neighborhood gym. Or, you may only know it as Frank and Claire Underwood's workout equipment of choice in the Netflix series, House of Cards. If you're a crossfitter, there's even a possibility that you may have used one in your own workout routine. But, did you know there's also a good chance that you may be using it all wrong?
RX Fitness Equipment is proud to introduce the latest addition to our equipment family, the Aviron Impact Series Rower. The Aviron Impact Series is a connected home rowing machine equipped with a 22" touchscreen that allows for both cardio and strength training, providing you with a full-body workout in less time.
