Kettlebell Around The World Exercise Steps

This advanced exercise requires you to really focus on your form. It may be a good idea to start with a kettlebell of a lighter weight, as this will allow you a better level of control and form. Also, make sure that there is plenty of space all around you before you start.

  1. With your feet set shoulder-width apart, grab your kettlebell by both horns. Tuck in your chin, move your shoulders back, and ensure that you are as tall and straight as possible.
  2. Hold the kettlebell at navel and groin level before turning your body in a complete circle, using your feet to rotate.
  3. Once you have performed three complete rotations in a single direction, stop. Plant your feet hard when you stop, making sure you heels are flat and your knees are bent. Control that movement and don’t overdo it.
  4. Repeat the same techniques, only this time performing three full rotations in the other direction. Continue for two minutes and then take a break.
